AZRA SULTANA, IUEf Educator for POOMA EDUCATIONAL TRUST I believe in my Govt has set one common test to assess teachers for its appointments called as Teacher Eligibility Test TET. The same should be carried out in in private schools appointment too. But how far it goes successful, remain in the hands of school makers, leaders and owners to implement to make the school dependents as student's future bright If eligibility is enough for selection what about character certificate. Rule made by Govt for its schools to follow is applicable  to private schools also. Only trained candidate with diploma of child development or equivalent with teaching line degree should only be entertained in school. Say no untrained graduates. Govt should make a rule for making few years contract with the appointees atleast for 2 years. Principals should abide by the rule so strictly.
