Teacher Assessments and Appointments

I believe in my Govt has set one common test to assess teachers for its appointments called as Teacher Eligibility Test TET. The same should be carried out in in private schools appointment too. But how far it goes successful, remain in the hands of school makers, leaders and owners to implement to make the school dependents as student's future bright

If eligibility is enough for selection what about character certificate. Rule made by Govt for its schools to follow is applicable  to private schools also. Only trained candidate with diploma of child development or equivalent with teaching line degree should only be entertained in school. Say no untrained graduates.

Govt should make a rule for making few years contract with the appointees atleast for 2 years. Principals should abide by the rule so strictly. Then only character of today's teachers can be decided...its a worse condition of present schools every term new faculty is sitting.

Credit is given to Principal wantedly or unwantedly and child educational course is 0 . Teachers are playing with the career of child. There domestic issues child is targeted.

Teachers should report school 1 hr early and leave 1 hr late from school.
A teacher due to x reason still applying holding degrees and in mid year should be meant is invitation for spoiling school atmosphere and there should be petition on them.

No Principal will like to leave a hard working dedicated faculty from school and those who are not deserving will have to sit at place and learn the meaning of teacher then dare to stepin in for applying in school.

People are making fun of teachers these days... Parents are thinking teachers are maid of their children. Student says teacher doesn't know this answer. . ...we can still maintain the value of teacher.

In my personal career track as a school principal, I started this all above in my state and 17 schools are supporting me. Infact we team had addressed to private school forum to straight away release order about this concern to every school of our state. Govt is busy in somewhere far these all ...they dont bother and hardly they get time to think on these issues. ...for there own sector they are not getting qualified candidates and so they are hiring teachers through outsource.
