Because if you don’t receive phone calls, you have to face the criticism or blame by the management, you will be made to realise that you have done blunder taking a holiday. So, you repent at last for why did you take a holiday, and you get a feeling of not to take holiday in future.
4. Sometimes teachers are so overburdened that they even can’t think of taking a holiday because they need to complete the course and meet the deadlines as if they don’t complete on stipulated time then they have to face negativism, sarcasm and criticism which will not be healthy for their appraisal in future.
