As a facilitator, let us create an ever lasting impact of the relationship with our students. We should:
1. Be a good listener and allow students to have an ample of space to express their ideas or views.
2. Make students feel confident and at ease during the class hours. As it is easy to identify the kind of intelligence a particular student has and help them to nurture their interest. This will really help the students pursue their interest.
3. Always use the appreciation adjectives to boost the morale of a student.
5. Treat and give equal opportunities to all the students.
6. Make them more responsible by allowing them to take their own decision on given projects or assignments within the given framework. This can be done cautiously by having dialogues and discussions.
7. Give various responsibilities to the introvert students & allow them bring out their best.
Lastly, we should love what we do and be proud of it. Our work will not tire but help us to grow intellectually young with the passage of age.  Learn more and more things to reform the ways and techniques of being an innovative facilitator.
